Specialist in milling concrete
Milling concrete is our speciality. Where many milling companies stop at a sand-cement screed, we mill underfloor heating into concrete screeds and into solid, structural concrete floors too — from industrial halls to basements and new-build homes. With heavy FloorIQ milling machines fitted with diamond blades we cut clean, precise channels even in the hardest concrete.

Why mill in concrete?
- Powerful milling — Special machines for the hard concrete surface.
- Precise channels — Exact depth and width for optimal placement of the pipes.
- Structure preserved — We mill to a safe depth so the floor stays strong.
- Renovation-friendly — No demolition of the existing concrete floor needed.
Concrete releases heat slowly but evenly and retains it for a long time. That makes a milled concrete floor particularly suitable in combination with a heat pump.

Specialist in milling underfloor heating into concrete
Concrete demands different equipment, more power and more experience than an ordinary screed. We have been milling concrete for years — concrete screeds as well as solid, structural concrete in industrial halls and commercial buildings. Throughout the Netherlands.
Both concrete screeds and structural (reinforced) concrete floors of halls, basements and new builds. We mill to a safe depth so the structure stays intact.
FloorIQ milling machines with special concrete diamond blades, coupled to Husqvarna dust extraction. In extremely hard (blue) concrete we wet-mill with water. Powerful enough for the hardest concrete, and low-dust thanks to the direct extraction.

Industrial hall, Bunnik — 1,650 m² wet-milled in blue concrete
One of our largest concrete projects: an industrial hall in Bunnik of around 1,650 m², with 50 circuits of 110 metres of pipe each (5,500 metres in total) at 30 cm centre-to-centre. The floor was blue concrete — extremely hard and dense. That is why we wet-milled here, with water and special concrete diamond milling blades: straight through the concrete, with the gravel in the floor clearly visible.
