Manifold connection to boiler, heat pump or district heating
Connecting underfloor heating is skilled work. We fit the manifold, connect the circuits to your boiler, heat pump or district heating and make sure everything is flushed, vented, pressure-tested and balanced — even if someone else installed the underfloor heating.

Connecting and balancing underfloor heating
- Connecting the underfloor heating manifold — to a boiler, heat pump or district heating, with a pump group or mixing unit where needed.
- Flushing & venting the underfloor heating — every circuit thoroughly flushed and fully vented — air is the main cause of cold spots and a ticking pump.
- Pressure testing — the whole system pressure-tested before handover.
- Balancing the underfloor heating — dynamically: flow meters per circuit, pump and supply temperature set — every room evenly warm.
For our milling and wet-system jobs, connection is included in the quote as standard. Is your underfloor heating already in place? Then we also come just to connect and balance it — and a manifold that doesn't heat properly or ticks, we get working again. We don't work on the gas installation itself.
Suitable for every heat source
Connecting underfloor heating in practice

How we connect your underfloor heating
Four steps, finished the same day.
Fit the manifold
Every circuit neatly connected and labelled.
Connect to the heat source
Boiler (with mixing unit), heat pump or district heating.
Flush, fill & vent
Circuit by circuit, then pressure-test.
Dynamic balancing
Flow meters, pump and supply temperature set.
