Milled-in underfloor heating in Doetinchem

We reach Doetinchem and the Achterhoek from Arnhem in half an hour via the A18. On the way, in Duiven, we recently milled 5 circuits into a sand-cement floor and through the kitchen tiles — milled and connected in one day. We bring the same approach to Doetinchem: low-dust, no loss of height and a fixed price upfront.

Homes and floors in Doetinchem

Doetinchem grew mainly after the war. Overstegen, De Huet, Dichteren and Wijnbergen are the large 1960s–90s districts with terraced and semi-detached homes on a sand-cement screed. That floor is the ideal base for milling in underfloor heating: neat channels, 16 mm pipe at 100 mm centres and the floor walkable again the same day.

In the centre, around the Hamburgerstraat and in Gaanderen and Wehl there are older homes and farmhouses with wooden upper floors or a wooden ground floor. We don't mill into the wood there; we fit Fermacell or Knauf boards and mill the pipes into those. In the newer districts Dichteren-Oost and the Iseldoks site we find anhydrite and concrete floors, which we mill with adapted blades.

The Achterhoek has many detached homes with a large ground floor, often with a heat pump or hybrid boiler planned. Milled-in underfloor heating at a low supply temperature is the logical basis. For commercial buildings on De Huet, Verheulsweide or the Wehl industrial estate we also mill into concrete floors.
