Stapled underfloor heating
With the tacker system we fix the underfloor heating pipe directly onto the insulation with tacker clips, following a pre-marked layout. The sand-cement or anhydrite screed is then poured over it. It is the fastest and most flexible way to install underfloor heating in a new build, an extension or any room that is getting a new screed.

Why choose stapling?
- Quick to install — no mesh or panels needed — the pipe goes straight onto the insulation, even large areas in a single day.
- Free layout — any pipe spacing is possible; 100 mm centre-to-centre as standard for primary heating.
- Low build-up — the pipe lies flat on the insulation, so the screed can stay as thin as possible.
- Ideal for new builds — homes, extensions and industrial halls — we install throughout the Netherlands.
The tacker system needs a sufficiently thick insulation layer (e.g. EPS or PIR with tacker foil) to staple the clips into; we check this beforehand. We use 16 mm pipe as standard, fit the manifold and pressure-test the system before the screed is poured. Pouring the screed itself is arranged by you or your contractor; we align our planning with that.
