Inspection & clear quote
We determine the type of screed and the approach. You receive a clear, tailored quote with no small print or hidden costs.
Low-dust milling
On the agreed day we cut the channels with modern machines and direct dust extraction. Your home stays clean.
Laying pipes & connecting
The heating pipes are laid neatly in the channels, connected to the manifold and the system is connected to the heat source.
Pressure test
We put the system under pressure and check it carefully for leaks. Only once everything is completely sealed and the pressure holds do we continue. This way you can be sure the system is watertight.
Balancing & handover
We balance the system perfectly and go through everything with you. Often the floor is walkable again the same day.
Aftercare & warranty
We're there for you after handover too. You benefit from warranty and certified craftsmanship (VCA & GPi).

Make sure the room is empty and the floor clear and clean, with power and water available. We bring the rest: machines, pipe, manifold and extraction.
How long does it take?
An average home is usually milled, laid, connected and pressure-tested in a single day. Larger areas and commercial buildings are planned in consultation — you'll know exactly how many days we need beforehand.
And afterwards?
After pressure testing the floor can be walked on straight away. If you wish, we fill the channels and level the floor so your floor finish goes on perfectly flat. Just tick it in the quote request.
