Westervoort was largely built in the 1970s, 80s and 90s: the Mosterdhof, Vredenburg and Emmerik are districts with terraced and semi-detached homes on a sand-cement screed on concrete. That is exactly where milling is strongest. We mill 16 mm pipe at 100 mm centres into neat channels at exact depth; the floor stays at height, so doors, thresholds and the stairs stay as they are.
