Vloerverwarming Arnhem (AMT Techniek) is not an all-round installer who also does underfloor heating. For 17 years we have done just one thing: installing underfloor heating, and above all milling it into existing floors. What does an underfloor heating installer do with us?
Everything between your request and a warm floor. We assess your floor (sand-cement, anhydrite, concrete, tiles or dry construction), set out the layout plan, mill the channels with low dust and direct extraction, lay the 16 mm pipe at 100 mm centres, fit the manifold, connect all circuits, flush, vent, pressure-test and balance. If you wish we connect the manifold directly to your boiler, heat pump or district heating. In new builds we lay the pipe before pouring: stapled, tied onto mesh or on studded boards.
Why a specialist rather than an all-rounder?
Milling is precision work with heavy machines. The milling depth must match the pipe and the thickness of your screed exactly, the pipe spacing determines whether the floor can really heat your home, and with concrete or tiles the choice of diamond blade makes the difference between a neat channel and a damaged floor. Because we do this every day, with our own FloorIQ milling machines, we know in advance what is possible — and you get a fixed price instead of an estimate.

We give a 10-year warranty on the leak-tightness of pipe and connections.
Frequently asked questions
Are you a recognised installation company?
Yes. AMT Techniek (Chamber of Commerce 82486654) is VCA and GPi certified and insured. We work with our own fitters and our own machines; we don't subcontract.
Do you also connect the underfloor heating to the boiler or heat pump?
Yes. We fit the manifold and connect it to the boiler, heat pump or district heating, including flushing, venting and balancing. Commissioning of the heat source itself is done by its installer.
Do you also install underfloor heating in new builds?
Yes. Where there is no screed yet, we staple the pipe onto the insulation, tie it onto mesh or lay it on studded boards, after which the screed is poured.
What does an underfloor heating installer cost?
With us you pay an all-in price per m²: from €35 excl. VAT for sand-cement, Fermacell and Knauf Brio, with a minimum charge of €1,200. Concrete, anhydrite and tiles on request. Via the website you get 5% off.
